"I want to give a huge shout-out to Tanya. She remembers my name and calls out a greeting to me every time I come in. She is so kind and makes delicious drinks! I’m always so so happy to be welcomed and served by her. She makes the ordering experience really smooth and easy. She has a lot of great product knowledge and has no problem answering my questions. So kind and open. I really appreciate her, she is the type of worker that makes me like coming back again and again. All the workers at this store are wonderful, and kind, and I love talking to them, but Tanya goes above and beyond. Thank you!"

"I always stop by the Northlands Starbucks, and I’ve got to say, the staff there are always so friendly and welcoming. I especially want to mention the man with glasses who helped me today — he’s always so polite, patient, and genuinely seems to care about giving great service. I’ve seen a few people complain about him, but honestly, I’ve never had a bad experience. He’s always done his job really well and makes my visits a bit brighter. I just wanted to share some appreciation because good service like that deserves to be noticed!"
